Location:  Wellesley, MA

Description:   This beautiful single story home had very nice living spaces but lacked today's version of  a master bedroom suite. It also had an awkward small garage that didn't have an enclosed connection to the house.  We added a two car garage and enclosed an existing covered porch.  To provide a master suite we added a second floor over part of the house which gave it a nice street presence without being overwhelming.
