Location: South Natick, MADescription: This project is an example of a cooperative effort between Homefolks and another Architect. The original design came from D. Michael Collins Architects in South Natick. Because of scheduling conflicts Homefolks took over the development of the design and the production of permit and construction drawings. The home sits right on the Charles River in South Natick. Its complex forms and rich detail give it both charm and provide nice interior spaces in a fairly small envelope.
