Location:  South Natick, MA

Description: Antique homes are wonderful though sometimes too tight for a growing family.  This house sits at the end of a quiet dead end street in South Natick.  The homeowners wanted to expand without losing the charm of their small home.  Our solution was a second floor addition that raised the roof in the rear very slightly but gave them just enough space for their needs.  A new 1st and and floor deck allows them to enjoy their wooded back yard.
