Location:  South Natick, MA

Description: This project began with a worn and tired, aluminum sided antique home that had a poorly constructed old addition, a cramped kitchen and essentially no welcoming entry.  The house however is in the historic district of South Natick overlooking the Charles River.  Our addition included an updated kitchen, a sunken family room, a new entry with a welcoming covered porch, a rear entry/laundry, a new master bedroom suite and usable basement space.  Historic District Commission approval and septic limitations were dealt with as part of our process
