Location:   Needham, MA

Description: In some cases the limitations of the lot drive the design.  The owners of the house wanted more room but there was nowhere to go on this lot but up.  We were able to give them two more bedrooms, a master bath and a laundry.  Because of the existing floor layout the massing of the addition was fairly complex.  A quick model was the best way for everyone to understand how the final product would look.
